I'd say that more than anything... more than a certain weight, or a certain dress size, or body shape, just try to be healthy. I've struggled with anorexia for a few years due to having many people, even my older sister, put me down for being overweight as a kid, and because of that, I grew to a point where I had body dimorphic disorder, and psychologically couldn't see myself for what I really looked like. (It's better now, but I've been told I'll never be 100%)
Over a couple of years, with some things happening, I've learned that more than anything else, I just want to be at a place where I know my body can help carry me to the next day, and beyond. I want to be healthy enough to be an old woman of 90, talking to the "youngins" about back in the day when we thought 1080p was super awesome, and we all still drove cars powered by gas.
Healthy is different for different people, you just need to find what that is for you. I know you can do it!
